Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING - We ship most items via USPS Ground Advantage or First Class Mail with tracking Monday through Saturday. All orders will be shipped within 2 days of your payment clearing unless otherwise noted. Larger items can shipped via UPS with tracking provided as well.

RATES:
International Shipping Rates are currently set at a flat rate of $50 USD to cover shipping, insurance and duties, any remaining funds will be credited back to your original form of payment on the day the order is shipped.
Domestic Shipping is currently free and covers first class mail, or domestic priority. If you need to expedite your order, please email us or call one of the stores to make arrangements.
IN-STORE RETURNS - Custard is happy to take back unworn merchandise with the original tags and receipt within 15 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. All custom order items and items purchased on sale are non-returnable. No refunds.
ONLINE RETURNS - Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise in its unworn and original condition with tags still attached within 30 days of receipt. This applies to online purchases only. You will be refunded the way in which you paid. ALL SALE and DISCOUNTED ITEMS are FINAL SALE.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for sending your returns back to us, we can not guarantee their arrival, so please use tracking and insurance on all returns.
