Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING - We ship most items via USPS Priority, or First Class Mail with tracking Monday though Saturday.  All orders will be shipped within 2 days of your payment clearing.  Larger items are often shipped via UPS with tracking provided as well.

IN-STORE RETURNS - Custard is happy to take back unworn merchandise with the original tags and receipt within 15 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only.  All custom order items and items purchased on sale are non-returnable.  No refunds.

 

ONLINE RETURNS - Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise in its unworn and original condition with tags still attached within 30 days of receipt. This applies to online purchases only. You will be refunded the way in which you paid. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  You are responsible for sending your returns back to us, we can not guarantee their arrival, so please use tracking and insurance on all returns.
