Currently she designs and works out of the North Carolina Glass Center, a nonprofit in Asheville, NC. She finds joy in the process of dreaming an idea and turning it into something tangible. The ability to create positivity through art keeps her inspired!
About the Process:
Flameworking, also called torchworking, is a process using a torch to melt and manipulate rods of glass.
Jenna uses a type of glass called Borosilicate, which is often referred to as “hard glass.” It is a durable material that allows her to create varying sizes of work that remain lightweight and wearable.
